AMA Apprenticeship & Traineeship Services were unsuccessful in securing a new contract to deliver apprentice support services via the Australian Apprenticeship Support Network (AASN) program. As a consequence, AMA Apprenticeship & Traineeship Services will cease operating on 31 January 2020.
We are posting this message for anybody who may not have received this advice previously, and apologise to those employers who may be reading this for the first time. We have tried to ensure that all of our valued employers and apprentices were advised of this outcome once it was known to us.
The Department of Employment, Skills, Small and Family Business will allocate your records to a new AASN provider and will provide these details to you very shortly. There is no requirement for any further action on your part with regard to this change of provider and any further enquires after 31 January 2020 must be directed to your new AASN provider or the state office of the Department of Employment, Skills, Small and Family Business as below.

We would like to sincerely thank all of our loyal employers who have entrusted us to support you and your apprentices over the last 21 years. As a proudly Western Australian owned and operated business, the Australian Medical Association (WA) values your contribution to Vocational Education and Training in our state and helping to create the skilled workforce of tomorrow.
Despite this outcome, the Australian Medical Association (WA) remains committed to our ethos of “creating healthier communities through employment”, and will continue to use VET as a pathway to employment via our other training businesses.
Once again, thank you for your loyal support over the past 21 years.
